Shipping Policy:
Orders placed Monday - Friday before 3pm PST ship the next buisness day. But may sometimes ship 2-3 business days after item has been ordered. We make a concerted effort to keep our inventory 100% accurate as we run a live inventory with our website. Therefore when you choose a product the website will display whether or not the product you are ordering is available or out of stock. If an item is out of stock and you decide to order it we will call or e-mail you within 24 business hours letting you know the status of your order. Our goal is always to get your order out to you as fast as possible. Please note we do not split shipments so if you order an out of stock item we will wait for that item to return to stock before shipping your order.
Shipping in the 48 Contiguous United States:
Standard shipping is 5 - 8 business days in the 48 contiguous states only: Although we call this standard shipping these packages may reach 99.6% of the country within 5 business days!
USPS Next Day Air and USPS 2-3 Day Priority Shipping are available for additional charges. The fees for these methods are calculated based on the weight and destination of the package.
Free Shipping:
If an item is marked for free shipping it will get you free shipping on just that item, so if you order just that item or other items marked for free shipping your order ships free. If you order other items not marked for free shipping the weight of the item marked for free shipping is not included the weight of your package and will be billed the flat rate.
Intentional Shipping:
When shipping internationally there will have a flat rate of $10.00 USD. When having multiple items shipping will vary depending on the items weight. International orders placed Monday- Friday before 3pm PST ship the next day. International shipments take about 5-8 business days to arrive but may vary depending on the country that is it being shipped to. For future reference, please note it is your responsibility to know the laws of your country in terms of what can and cannot be shipped to you. Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs Office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges. We are not responsible for any tariffs or customs regulations.
