Return/Refund Policy:
Shipping and processing fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Please contact us if you have questions on sizing.
Please note that we cannot process packages marked "Return to Sender". Returned packages require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to ensure accurate processing. RMA numbers can be obtained by emailing customerservice@kronis-us.com
Customer Care Hours are Monday-Friday 9am-6pm PST. Write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping package, and send the product back to our fulfillment center at the address listed below. All returns must be received within thirty (30) days of the date you originally ordered the product. All items must be in its original form, items can not be used, as this will not be accepted for a return. Contact latex film can not be removed in order to get an exchange or refund. In order for your refund to be processed, the product must arrive at our fulfillment facility within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. You are responsible to pay for return shipping. Once the fulfillment center has received the package, the refund will be processed. Your refund will be credited back to the credit card you used at time of purchase, and may take up to 3-5 business days from the time the product arrives at our facility depending on the speed of the processing bank.
